PRESIDENT/CEO:
Uche Ugochukwu is the President/CEO of HUGTECH Information Links (HIL). He was trained in Political Science at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is now completing master degree in department of Public Administration & Local Government with research interest in ICT4D. The founder has occupied various leadership and management positions.
He is enthusiastic, energetic and capable of innovative and creative thinking around the use of Information and communication technologies (ICTs) in socio-economic development.
